Know whereyou stand.

MyGreenCard.io translates USCIS, Department of State and Federal Register data into plain language, so employment-based self-petitioners can understand the system and plan with confidence.

Why we built this

The system is not designed to be understood. We think it should be.

Every month, USCIS and the Department of State publish data that shapes immigration timelines: priority date cut-offs, processing volumes, approval and denial trends and backlog depth. But it arrives as spreadsheets, PDFs and bureaucratic language that most people never see, let alone interpret.

MyGreenCard.io exists to close that gap. We pull directly from government sources and turn the numbers into reports any self-petitioner can use, whether you are comparing EB-1A and EB-2 NIW, wondering why a case is taking longer than expected, or trying to understand what a retrogression means.

Methodology

How the reports are made

Each report starts from an original government release. We download the source files, check totals against the published figures, and then summarize what changed and who it affects. Every report states the period its data covers, so you can see how current it is at a glance.

We describe what the data shows across all applicants. We do not predict outcomes for individual cases, and nothing we publish is legal advice.

Our standards

Editorial principles

01

Official sources only

Every figure traces back to a USCIS, Department of State or Federal Register publication.

02

Always dated

Each report shows the period its data covers, so nothing stale passes as current.

03

Plain language

We explain what a number means for applicants, not just what it is.

04

Information, not advice

We describe the system as a whole. Individual legal advice belongs with a licensed attorney.

Founder, MyEB2NIW LLC

MyGreenCard.io is built and maintained by the team behind MyEB2NIW, a document preparation and consulting firm that has supported EB-1A and EB-2 NIW self-petitioners since 2020.

Every dataset here reflects the same government sources our team reviews every day. We believe this information should not be locked behind a consultation; it should be available to anyone navigating the process, whether or not they ever work with us.

Where we stand

A data platform, not a law firm.

MyEB2NIW LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. MyGreenCard.io informs your understanding of the system; it does not replace professional advice about your specific case.

When you need advice about your own eligibility or legal options, work with a licensed immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited representative. USCIS keeps a directory of legal service providers.

Start with the data. Talk to us when you are ready.
